Payment
A deposit to secure your booking is usually required.
Cash, Visa or Mastercard are accepted and NZ residents may also pay by EFTPOS.
Payment for your stay is due on your departure, however, if you staying for more than a week we would appreciate part payment after seven days.
Cancellation Policy
As we go to considerable effort to make our guest’s welcome, short-notice cancellation has a significant impact on our business.
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following applies:
These cancellation fees are at the discretion of the management and will only apply if we are unable to replace the scheduled booking.
To confirm a reservation a 25% deposit of the total stay or a current credit card number is required as a guarantee. Nothing will be charged to your credit card unless cancellation penalties arise.

Check-in from 3pm or earlier by arrangement; check-out 11am or later by arrangement.
